CEREMONY & RECEPTION
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Avon Wedding Barn, located at:

Please arrive by 4:00 PM for a 4:30 PM ceremony start time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will immediately follow our ceremony! Our reception will conclude at 10:30 PM.
PARKING
For all guests driving to the Avon Wedding Barn, there is a parking lot located at the following address:

Please Note: Overnight parking is not permitted.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodations for our wedding have been made at the Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Airport hotel. Hotel rooms have been blocked on Friday, August 19 and Saturday, August 20.
When making hotel reservations, it is imperative that you let the hotel representative know that you want to make a reservation under the "Mast/Schlegelmilch Wedding Block." This will ensure you receive a hotel room with a negotiated wedding rate.
Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 PM on your arrival day through 11:00 AM on your departure day.
The DEADLINE to book your Hotel Room(s) is Monday, July 18, 2016.

Taxi Service:
Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance.
