RECEPTION
Please join us for an appetizer and dessert reception from 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM at the Avon Wedding Barn, located in Avon, Indiana.
Note: A small wedding ceremony will be held for immeidate family only prior to the reception.

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodations for our wedding have been made at The Omni Severin Hotel. Hotel rooms have been blocked on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16.
When making hotel reservations, it is imperative that you let the hotel representative know that you want to make a reservation under the "Sommers/James Wedding Block." This will ensure you receive a hotel room with a negotiated wedding rate.
Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 PM on your arrival day through 11:00 AM on your departure day.
The DEADLINE to book your Hotel Room(s) is Wednesday, June 16, 2016.

Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance.
