Save the Date Event Planning. LLC is owned and operated by partners who have serviced the event industry for over 10 years. Collectively we have planned and managed over 250 events. These events range from bridal showers with 25 guests to corporate events with 2,500 attendees.  Our experience has provided us the opportunity to manage event budgets ranging from $500 to $2.5 Million. We are capable of managing transportation, hotel accommodations, vendor contracts, food and beverage menus, décor, audio-visual, as well as on-site implementation.

We have a solid understanding of what the City of Indianapolis and its surrounding communities have to offer, however, we also have experience planning events in various states and countries all over the world including Italy, China, Austria, Chile, the United Kingdom and France.  

We understand the desire for tasteful, unique and creative events to be designed by helpful and experienced planners.

We recognize that the appearance of the event is a direct reflection of the host or hostess.
